Yes, yet again we have changed our logo. The biggest change that we have made to this new edition to our logo collection is that there are no (yes, no) words! The whole logo is just a image; how perfect! Of course we are keeping our excellent new name, but this new logo will help you find us more easily. Here is the new logo:
Fish Assist would just like remind all of our past customers or tell new customers that we are here for you. Fish Assist offers free* contact forms all over this website and we also offer free* support for fish related problems at our Zayto Fish website. Even if you don't have a problem with your fish, we still love to get feedback from all of our customers!
If you do contact us because you need help with treatment for a disease or a diagnoses of a disease, we can give you great insight and articles that will help you treat your fish properly. If you contact us with a problem, we will make you a priority so that you can treat your fish as soon as possible because we know that you need help as fast as possible. Even if we haven't heard from you in a while, we will still make sure to send a follow-up email to make sure things are going smoothly. Cheers, Fish Assist Team Fish Assist is pleased to announce a brand new program called the United Fish Disease Database or UFDD. This service, which is expected to launch sometime in the next month, will dramatically update and revolutionize the Fish Assist disease database while allowing 3rd parties to donate their insight and information to the Fish Assist disease database program.
As the release date approaches we will supply more information about this exciting program on our U.F.D.D. webpage found here. Cheers, Fish Assist Team The Fish Assist Disease Database has just been updated and renovated. Please stop by and visit our extended tropical fish disease database by clicking here or find it under the "Tropical Fish" section.
Cheers! Fish Assist Team The renovations that have been ongoing the last 3 weeks had finally come to a end. Please browse the website with ease as many bugs and glitches have been worked out and fixed, as well as a brand new malware checker (see post below). As usual, good luck solving your fish related questions!
Cheers, Fish Assist Team Fish Assist is constantly checking our website for viruses and we are proud to introduce a new way to check and see what the status is on our website. A icon will be displayed here (to the right) displaying the current status of our website. Here are the new status icons: Of course these tests are meant to test the website as best as possible, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that there are no viruses.
You can now find a Customer Google Search box which can be found on the Home page. Please use this search box to quickly and easily find exactly what you are looking for on our website.
Cheers, Fish Assist Team We are sorry, but Fish Assist will be temporarily down from October 21 - November 1, 2011. The reason for our renovations is to help improve your experience while on our fish help website and to re-code many important areas on our website; however, you may still visit the home page. These renovations DO NOT stop our excellent 24-hour help e-mail service, which can be found here:
www.zaytosupport.weebly.com. Again, we are sorry for the construction, but if you need assistance, please feel free to contact us using the website above. Thank you for your patience and dedication towards using Fish Assist to help solve your fish related problems. The Fish Assist team has been away for a while, but don't worry, because we are back! We are eagerly wanting to get started adding more helpful articles to the Fish Assist website!
